House rules



1. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoke alarms and the Minut device are there to  detect smoking or vaping within the property and alert the owner.
2. No Pets on Furniture: Pets are welcome but must not be allowed on any furniture, including beds and sofas. Guests are asked to bring their pets own bedding and blankets.
3. Cleaning Up After Pets: Guests with pets must clean up after them throughout both the private and communal garden areas. Please ensure waste is disposed of properly.
4. Furniture: Guests are not permitted to move furniture between rooms or to remove furniture from inside the apartment to the garden. This includes chairs, tables, or any other items provided for guest use.
5. Respectful Behavior: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
6. Maintenance: If you notice any maintenance issues or damages, please notify us immediately. We aim to resolve any problems promptly to ensure you have the best stay possible.
7. Garden Use: Guests are welcome to use the private garden, but we ask that you treat the space respectfully. Please leave it as you found it, ensuring no litter is left behind.
8. Check-Out: Please ensure the apartment is left in a tidy condition. Failure to do so may incur additional cleaning fees.
