Yes. South Bay Garden Apartment is a dog-friendly holiday apartment in Scarborough, and up to two dogs are welcome to stay. The apartment has its own private enclosed garden, and we provide a welcome pack for our four-legged guests.

Please tell us that you are bringing a dog when booking or through your online Guest Check-In. Dogs must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them both inside the property and in the garden.

No. South Bay Garden Apartment is a lower-ground-floor apartment in a Victorian building set into the side of a hill, so there are steps on both access routes and it is not suitable for guests who require step-free access.

The steps leading around the main building to the apartment’s garden entrance are wide and well lit. The alternative route to Valley Road passes through the communal gardens and includes a slope and further steps.

Standard check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am.

Subject to availability, an early check-in from 2pm can be purchased for £20 through your personalised guest guide. Late check-out options may also be available to purchase there.

We cannot normally accommodate arrivals before 2pm because our cleaning team needs sufficient time to prepare the apartment thoroughly between guests.
