What amenities are included at South Bay Garden Apartment
The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen so you're able to make meals, there's Wi-Fi, two seating areas with smart TV's, private outdoor spaces to eat and relax in and two spacious bedrooms with Hypnos mattresses.
The beds are set up as twin beds and a super king. They can be altered to make them into all large doubles or twins, please let us know when booking. We also have a cot available on request.

How far is the apartment from the nearest beach?
South Bay Garden Apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach through our private garden, through the communal garden and out onto Valley Road which leads down to South Bay.

Is parking available at the apartment?
Free parking is available on street in the available bays outside the apartment with a permit. We provide a parking permit for one vehicle for the duration of your stay. If you require additional permits, these are available to purchase.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are pets allowed?
Up to two pets are allowed to stay in the apartment. We provide a welcome pack for them so please let us know when booking. We ask that all pet owners ensure that their pets are not left unattended in the property at any time and that you clean up after them before vacating the property.

What is the access like into the apartment?
We are a basement flat in a victorian building on the side of a hill, so there are steps into the both the front and back of the property. The steps around to the main entrance (back garden entrance) are wide and well lit. There is also a slope and steps down the communal garden to access Valley Road (from the main garden entrance).
